Refund & Return Policy – JourneyTiny Baby

At JourneyTiny Baby, your satisfaction is very important to us. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and global warehouses, our return and refund process may vary depending on the product and your location. Our goal is always to assist you quickly and fairly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as they are processed immediately by our fulfillment centers.

Refunds for Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

We offer refunds or replacements for the following situations:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item arrives with manufacturer defects
  • Item received is incorrect
  •  

To submit a claim, please email us within 7 days of delivery at journeytinybaby@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

 

Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns

Because our fulfillment partners operate worldwide, we currently do not offer physical returns to our warehouses.
In most cases, customers keep the item if an issue is confirmed, and a refund or replacement is processed accordingly.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The customer ordered the wrong size/color by mistake
  • The customer changed their mind after the item shipped
  • The package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by customs, logistics, or peak seasons

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 7–15 business days after approval.
